So I ran into a used Ontario sneaky pete for sale on ebay for $200 which was krazy to me since my friend has one he bought new for $32. I also saw them for sale on ebay 6 months to a year ago for $30 range. So from my knowedge the Ontario sneaky is in the low end sneaky market like eleminator maybe dufferin yet this girl attests that she is a pro player and the cue has been sold to her friend for 200 and that I dont know what I am talking about and now she is saying dufferin made it and its rare because dufferin pretty much only makes 1 piece cues which is bull cause Ive shot with to many dufferin sneakys' to count. Any way I need some serious enlightening wether In right or wrong or if there is to different Ontario sneakys.

I saw that cue on ebay, sent the guy a message saying it was a Dufferin worth about 80 bucks. I have come to find out it is a chinease copy of a Dufferin because of it saying Ontario. He kind of came off mad at me for knowing what it really was, some people just can't help but screw people. LOL.

I've seen them on EBay and I don't know if they're made by Dufferin or a knockoff, but, they're not much different than a Eliminator for $25 bucks.
I use an Eliminator with a Super Pro for a break cue and for the money work great. I have a second one that I use for a knock around bar cue for the rare occasion that I go to the bar. If thats what you're looking for, buy the Eliminator. I seriously doubt the Ontario model is worth all that and a bag of chips.

I too emailed this person

And told them it was a dufferin if anything, and was not an expensive cue and definitely not purchased for what the person was saying. Here is the response I got back from this scam artist.

I know this have been told so by many people but was purchased at 200.00 from a cue store and many other cue stores here sell the same exact cue for the 200.00

did a lot of searching around and asked many pros and cue shops all say the same...the worth of this cue is 200.00 which is the highest any dufferin, unless customized, will go.

thanks again.

thanks for the information though.

scum artist...

Ya thats pretty much the response I got she eventully told me she was a pro and that she knew what she was talking about, only on the listing it says she plays on a pool league go figure. I even told her about my friend that has one he bought on ebay for 30 but she said I was wrong its a rare cue. I explained if its not custom, limited production or vintage its not in the blue book its not rare. Again I was told that I am wrong. I look at cues on ebay all the time and in cases like this the person wether they are scamers or misinformed they thank me for the info and change accordingly. Oh and she also said that it is rare because dufferin pretty much only made one piece cues. I was like damn I should of held on to my Dufferin sneaky it would be worth a fortune!
