I am looking for some open tournaments in MD (Ann Arundle Co. preferred). Any bars or halls have regularly scheduled tournaments for individuals?

depends on your speed,if a B or lower theres like the poster above stated, big daddys & also about 20 bars in the area(balto.harford & cecil co.) Theres also the billiard club in h/degrace,harford co. but you better bring your A game because you'll be dealing with tony long, shawn wilkie, loyd bollard, jordie & a lot others

I am sorry, my post wasn't as detailed as it should have been. I'm a probably D player that thinks he's a C+ player. My local win percentage is pretty high but don't feel like I'm being challenged... I need to broaden my exposure to pressure playing... with people above my skill level.

pool tournament

Weekly tournaments at the Rosedale Station on Pulaski Hwy in Rosedale Maryland every saturday night 7:30 pm. B.C.A. rules, 8 ball, race to 3 winnners side and 3 on the losers side. 16 or more players then it is a race to 2 on the losers side. $12.00 entry with $50.00 super racks with five racks on december 6th.

That's the kind of info I'm looking for, thanks Bill! Any one have something in AA County to offer up?

Hmmm... either there is nothing going on or you guys are afraid of me :grin-square: Somehow I doubt either is true...

Tournaments

Jude is correct, Tiger Tour is the regional tour. Weekly tournaments at Big Daddy's (Glen Burnie), Top Hat (Towson), Golden Billiards (Ellicott City), Orange Ball (Rockville), First Break (Sterling VA) and Champions (Shirlington VA). Several of these locations have more than one weekly tournament, some handicapped, some not.
