This cue walked in today and i wasnt sure if i should buy it or not. All original with the old case. a little warp in the butt but overall in excellent unmolested shape. the guy wanted 1500 for the package. One original shaft and one made later.

1500 seems inline for Rambo. The concern is the warp in the butt. That might be a deal killer for a collector or potential buyer.
 
Put 1000 dollars in cash in his face. Let him tell you no way.

Tell him the wobble kills the value of the cue. 1500 is for a perfect cue. The case is not what you're paying for. The second shaft isn't original to the butt. The cue has a wobble. Ask him what his real price is. 1400?

Look, I'd like to buy the cue but you gotta meet me somewhere closer to reality. Flash 1200 cash at him and tell him to keep the case. You gotta give me some breathing room. 1200 is all I got. Nope?

Look this is my final offer. 1150 for the wobbly cue not the second shaft or case. More than reasonable and I'll buy you a couple beers at the bar. Cmon friend first ones on me. :)
