Yup, and that's where the "Philippines" got its name. The San Miguels are so good, that you request the bartender to refill your mug with a polite, "Fill this again, please!" However, after you've had too many San Miguels, "Fill this again, please" becomes the slurred saliva-slinging, "Philipines!"
It's like that in other parts of the world, too. "May I have another?" becomes "Molavia?" "I very much need another coaster!" becomes "Ivory Coast!" ...etc.
