If you haven't had the chance to watch Orcullo play in person then do the next best thing and watch him play the 10-ball ghost at Hard Times. Tight pockets no problem. I've never had the chance to watch the Magician and i'm sure he was sensational in his prime but Mr Orcullo i'm glad to be in your orbit.

I mean i don't get to watch many players play the ghost. I have a very good friend named Ignacio Chavez who is a pro and have watched him play the 10-ball ghost on buckets and win. but... on this table? This is pretty amazing!!
 
One of my favorite pool videos on youtube. I feel I shoot straighter just watching him play.

He keeps it simple. But he's also very smart, if there's a small edge to take, he will take it.
So, he will pattern rack and he knows to do a controlled break for a nice spread,
where he won't need to move up and down a lot.

He is insanely accurate. When he falls tough on balls he makes them anyway
even on these pockets. And he refuses to settle for shape.

How many people here would think "ah shit I fell kind of flat on this", and then
end up stuck to the rail? Or get the CB off the rail but you still need to elevate?
But even on a small pocket (and he only has half of it cuz of the rail)
he will pound this shot and cheat that tiny bit to get the cue ball a full foot off the rail so he's in line.
