Can you point me to other pool forums you belong to or find good to read. I have always found AZ Billiards great and started to wonder if there are others you all like.

Thanks

i used to go to the one at billiards digest, but it turned into alot more fighting than pool to read about so i stopped. This site has enough activity to keep me interested whenver i log in, its really about all you need

well there are few other forums, but for me before finding AZBilliards, I used to jump from a website to another so I can get entertained and to learn stuff, or to read about news and happenings in the world of POOL. but after finding AZBilliards and how huge the community is. I just stopped reading any other forums. I do read websites, but not other forums than AZBilliards.

Nawaf.

AZ is definitely the most comprehensive and best out there. There are many well connected and knowledgable pool players that we are lucky to have here. You just have to be able to sift through a lot of the B.S. to get to the good stuff.

AZ is, of course, the best but Billiards Digest has a good site with some excellent regulars.

It gets a fraction of the action AZ does and there is CERTAINLY no more bickering than there is here.

Jim

When I first searched for pool forums, I skipped over this one because I thought it was about pool in Arizona. Then I realized this is where all the cool kids hang out.

Hi

I would like to invite you to

CueTable Public Library

It's an place where people can share, discuss and study cuetable layouts and shot knowledge. There is an archive found cuetable layouts found from different places on the web. Also, we have listed over 1000 different billiard related online videos in the screening room. Our focus at CueTable is strictly on billiard education, and we try our best to work with every billiard forum on the net.

The following is a list of online discussion areas where CueTable is utilized.

US:
AZBilliards Forum
Easy Pool Tutor Forum
InsidePool Forum
OnePocket.Org Forum
SE Texas APA Forum
Artistic Pool & Trick Shot Association Forum
CueTable Library

International:
BILARDOweb (Italy)
Poolkrant Forum (Neatherlands)
SBiL Keskustelupalsta (Finland)

And, let's not forget the mother of all pool discussions online, where a lot of us came from:

Rec.Sports.Billiards

I still consider myself a RSB'er at heart.

That's funny- same here.;)

I did some searches re: pool in Thailand, and got hits on a few of Cuaba's posts that led me to AZ.

For anyone interested in the uk style 8 ball pool scene that the likes of Darren Appleton grew up playing (you know that weird stuff with the yellow and red balls and the dinky toy size table:) ) there is a very big and widely used site at www.uk8ball.com. It has dozens of regional subsites.

For anyone interested in the American Pool scene in uk there is
www.pro9.co.uk
