Has anybody been able to buy Oustville chalk or tips?
I paid for an order back in June this year, now I can't get pm's to him, nor do I get replies to emails.
Am I the only one with his issue,?
Looks like I will have to go to PayPal and try to get a money return.

Neil there are zero excuses. We just now got our international shipping for our new store but I had adequate time to manually get your order handled. I will be refunding you tonight the amount you paid in June. I will also go ahead and ship the product you ordered as a way of trying to apologize. In general I try and get orders out at least by the end of the week they are placed. With the new store international shipping and customs are handled automatically and no longer require a trip to the post office. Between the shipping and only being able to take PayPal we were long overdue on upgrading the store and software.

Truly sort for the inconvenience.

Thanks for replying. I do not expect to get things for free. I am very happy to pay, just that I must have been lost in the system. Please let me know the difference and I will gladly pay. Thank you for a prompt response . I can delete this thread if you wish. For some reason there are no PM's allowed to you any more, and maybe the email has gone to a junk box or something.

leave the thread Neil... We want all reviews good or bad.. This was my fault and I will own it... Digging thru the old store to find your order so it can ship tomorrow with our other orders...

I killed PMs here because we have too many points of contact and it may be a few days between AZ visits.... We are working on topic specific email addresses so things don't slip thru the cracks.. I finally have some help but it's 2 steps back 1 step forward until I can get them properly trained.....

Just checked my tracking number and it looks as though my chalk and tips will be here this afternoon. Excited to give 'em a try. Also, very excited to give the Accu-Rack a try. I hear nothing but good things.
 
Chris is a stand up guy.
I ordered some tips and never got them. He gave me the tracking number and I filed a complaint with the post office. As usual they had no clue as to where the package was. I keep thinking that some day the original package will show up.
I informed Chris of this and he reshipped my tips. I got that package.
Good service, great tips.
