Do these tables that have had "legendary matches" played on them hold their value because of their history, or are they just another table 10 years down the road?

Thanks for asking, good question.

It's really hard to say. I'm pretty sure, with Efren involved, it will certainly hold it's value quite well. Scott, Lord willing, still has a ways to go to achieve the status of Efren and that's IF he ever does. Not many will ever come close.

It will be autographed by the players and the Emblems can be installed removable or more permanent.

It's a gimmick, nothing more, nothing less. If you feel its worth it, more power to you. IMHO, it isn't worth anymore just because so and so played on it.

This is 100% a gimmick.

gim·mick - a device intended to attract attention, publicity, or business.

It showcases a beautiful table offered by a great company. It's attracting attention to the match, Diamond billiards and the other sponsors.

We needed a table. We made a deal with Diamond Billiards to Deliver us a table that we purchased.

They priced it well enough that we can sell it, even for the regular price, and make enough to give them credit as a sponsor. We had the opportunity to offer a table with autographs from the players involved, One of which is considered the greatest "pool player" of all time by many and event graphics. This IS a special table that will have historic value to all who are fans of Efren and Scott. The Owner will own the table that this match was played on.

It's NOT so and so playing on this table. It's Efren Reyes and Scott Frost. 2 of the very BEST one pocket players on the planet. If that means nothing to you, then you are in the wrong thread.

Isn't Scott opening a place in Phoenix? Just have him buy it and he can truck it up to his new location. What better memorabilia for him to have in his new pool hall than the table he and Efren played on?

Scott would have to be the winning bid. He can certainly place a bid.

Just thinking that if there's truly an added value of owning a table that great players have played on, Scott would be jumping all over this deal.

The vinyl graphic on the table skirt is a cool idea though.

Collectibles are always in the eye of the beholder. Value to one person is no value to another. My wife would never want anything because it had Efren on it. I, on the other hand, would love to have the table Efren played a big match on and signed.

Send your sealed bids to Mark Wilson @ stlshooter@icloud.com

Mark will inform us of the winning bid on Wednesday July 13th.

Great idea, I hope you make a good buck. Someone who's a pool enthusiast will get a great collector piece. Its good to see a vendor step up and help put. Kudos to Diamond.
