Can anyone identify this cue,I searched Palmers website could not find.the only one that was close but design was inaccurate.

It looks a lot like a Mod B from the 2nd catalogue to me,

What was inaccurate?

A pic of the joint might help.

Take one of the two black rings between the two blue ones and put it between the blue ring and the wrap and it matches the catalog exactly. Someone has taken the butt sleeve apart and switched the rings around.

2nd Catalog Model B

It is indeed a 2nd Catalog Model B that someone has removed and reinstalled the rings in the incorrect order as Robert58 has described above. One of the black rings should be on top between the green ring and the wrap.
