I am looking for the silver material that goes inside the clear acrylic window of an Original by Palmer cue.

I was told that Paul Rubino had some of the material, and that the person (name unknown) who remakes the foil "Original by Palmer" tapes had some.

If anyone knows how I can contact Paul, or anyone who may have some of this material, please PM me the contact info.

Just enough to restore one Palmer Original Model E is needed... I just need to bring one piece of history back...

I had pm'd where to get it. If they had any left anyways. Looking back, that is the same person I acquired some from. I only bought enough to do a matching cue to some of my others. It is the only ones I have in the silver color. George used the stuff as well.
 
I am not looking for the foil name ring... I know I can get it, if needed.

I need the silver-metalic ring material. You can see the discolorization in the rings, here..
