most all of genes cues were brunswick house cues or titlest house cues. thats why the points are never even. he did get some better blanks from different people. not necessarily from the maker of the blank. if he did it was spain blank or a john davis. after he died and pete took over i dont know anything about them as they were never the same at least the ones i hit with.
i dont remember szamboti being around in the 60's.
both of them with the nylon windows and rings cues, didn't hit right to me. i sold all the ones i picked up as none had a solid hit. but the ones gene would make for me to sell that looked like rambows hit just great. i regret i never kept one.
