I am guessing he posts the cues for Jeff because I think Jeff is a novice with the whole computer stuff. I know a bunch of people on forums that don't have the slightest idea how to post pictures. I would be thrilled to post pictures for Jeff's cues he is working on, then you are always in the loop on what he has going on and what is being produced!

How did i go to thank you all for the nice comments to being Tony's mommy. maybe posting pictures of cues is a crime on az unless you made the cue yourself. very sorry this has you very upset, please dont go to the wanted for sale section. i will not have Remy post anymore cues of mine, hopefully this will make you happy. Yeah - I saw. I may have to check it out. Until then, the pictures you uploaded are good. The wrap does set it off nicely. A great recommendation from Jeff.
I was looking at that cue and would've loved to buy it..You have a great cue there, unfortunately there were no available prongs for my cue to be made..

Pooldogue,
I don't need to explain to you if I work for Mr. Olney or not. It is simply none of your business!!
If it bothers you to see me posting pics of his cues then I have a suggestion for you: Do not click on the thread(s) as I will continue to post as I see fit.

I have been looking at some of your posts on this forum and I have failed to see where your comments actually add value to the threads.

Now go trash somebody else's thread!!

Have a good day.

So what if Tony post pictures of Jeff Olney cue. What does this have to do with you? Tony keep posting these pics because I really enjoy seeing Jeff's work in progress and Jeff dont sweat these AZ hall monitors on here. Oh by the way heres my Olney cue in the works. Its not pau ferro handle, but purpleheart instead.

Jeff's Ivory ferrules

Here's a pic of Jeff Ivory ferrules. Notice the pad between the tip and the ferrule that he uses.

He's currently building me a cue with these ferrules and wanted to show them to everyone here

Cored with Purple Heart? I see a maple handle here...

Absolutely LOVE Hard Curl and Ebony- 6 pointer w/ 2 veneers high and low! WOW!!!
You going with 1/2 Stainless on the joint or ivory? The traditional South West style (black collar w/ matching rings) would be great as well

The actual handle is not picture. Jeff just used the handle as a reference, but the blank is mine. The cue will have the traditional south west style black collar with matching rings. Maybe ivory sleeved joint?:D

Is there some problem you wish to discuss with me?

I'm a big fan of Jeff's & appreciative of the long hours of work and years of learning invested by any cue maker - let alone someone like Jeff that makes a truly superlative product & sees a price point in return that is orders of magnitude below what many of the "bigger names" are getting in spite of the fact that his quality stands neck & neck with them.
So when I see this response elicited from him by some freakin' nitwit with more mouth than sense, it's time for my 2 cents.
Remy (and sometimes others) does us all a favor by posting pic's of work Jeff has in the works or imminently coming out of the shop. Those of us who own and/or enjoy his work immensely, as well those who are getting to see their coming cue, are very happy for the favor, so you could do us all a favor of your own by attempting to keep your flap shut if you don't have anything of value to spit out of it.
PLEASE, Jeff, Remy, and any others - keep 'em coming guys.

Whoever did the dumb comment about mommy's boy is also a spoiled mommy boy. This is a public forum and I like the right I have to post pictures of my favorite cuemakers and guess what I like Olney cues as well. Just for for kicks here are some pictures of an Olney I used to own and regretful of selling it. PJ pau ferro.

Pau Ferro

I would really like to hit with one of Jeff's cues with a Pau Ferro handle.
Pau Ferro is one of my favorite types of wood for pool cues.
I think it would be interesting to try one out.

Thanks Rem
