I have a Paul Mottey cue for sale. Two shafts, Burl top and bottom, leather grip almost 59 inches less than 20 oz.
Please pm me for price and pictures. I'll email info so include email address. This cue was made by Paul Mottey. I'm one of his best friends.
It is original wrap, no ivory, butt perfect shaft perfect second shaft has slightest bit of runnout . you can't see it unless you put your head on the
pool table. I would play with this cue either shaft for high stakes. Has nice hit. there is a minor nick on the bottom near the rubber bumper. I guess
from holding it up on floor. It didn't crack the finish and can't be seen unless you're looking for it.
thanks, Bill

pending on Mottey cue Burl {SALES PROTOCOLS}

Thanks for the great response
the cue is tentatively sold. I'll update all who inquired asap.

Does anyone know what the protocols for selling a cue online in AZbilliards
is?
I don't want to mislead anyone and the buyer asked if the cue was
"PERFECT" that's a tough answer to me. I don't want to send the cue back and forth. It's way too costly for me.
thanks, Bill

Best thing to do is ask the perspective buyer since everyone has their own standards for perfect. Most of the time, no flaws ex: dents, dings, scratches, nicks, blemishes, anything of the sort. Some even have to have a shaft with no visible playing time ex:blueing of shaft or ferrule, that type of stuff. More or less, brand new with a chalked tip would be my consideration of perfect, but ask the buyer, he may be more or less specific on his definition of "Perfect"

beautiful cue by the way!

thankyou for posting pictures

Cue Doctor
thanks for posting the picture of my cue and for the helpful advice on advertising my cue. Not all people from NJ have bad manners.
