Paul Mottey cue

In case any one is interested I listed my Paul Mottey cue on Ebay Sunday (first Ebay listing).
 
I believe that description means that instead of the normal "tulipwood point, birds eye forearm" design, the woods are reversed such that the forearm is of tulipwood and the points are birds eye.
 
damn.. i wish i could go on ebay from work...

i guess i will have to wait till afterwards to check it out..

I wonder what the butt sleeve looks like? He should post a couple more pix, including more info on the cue, such as the weight. It would help him get a better price if the ad was a little better. I passed up this cue earlier because it looked like a phoney. Should be a nice player.

I asked for pics and more info right when the auction started before this was posted. Still waiting.......................................................:(
 
With the pic's of this cue I would neaver bid on it. Please give us some close up pic's on this cue. Also, the weight, shaft size and condition. Does it roll true? I can only imagine is will play like all of Paul's cues..... STRONG.

Sorry folks. Regrettably my computer skills are limited and I haven't figured out how to post pics on this forum. Apparently I offended some of you by mentioning my ebay posting and with my poor photography skills. I promise not to do so again. I intend to sell most of the cues I have bought over the years and it seemed reasonable to mention it here since I have become acquainted with many of you. In the event anyone has further interest in seeing my poor pics please send me a PM and I will send them to your email address.
 
its not that you offended anybody.. its hard to pay 800+ on something without a good description or even pictures.. the buyers all want to know exactly what they are buying before they decide or agree...

everybody is more then happy to hear what you have to say or look at your pictures.. they are all just trying to help..

If anybody is reading this and doubting whether this of Paul's cues, don't. It's a nice earlier example, and Doug is a stand up guy. Feel free to PM him with any questions and you'll get accurate info and more pics of the cue.

Sean... i offered to help him by having him send the info and pics to my email and he told me he has decided not to participate in the forum any more..

i told him if he ever changes his mind.. that i am here to help if needed..

i hope he decides to give Az another chance.. once you get used to it.. its a great place..
