Pawn Shop Verl Horn

Bought this in Wichita a few months ago. The fine folks at Shurtz refinished the butt and Jeff at Prather Cue in Mooreland Oklahoma built the shaft, matching the original ring work perfectly. It's a beast at 21.1 ounces but I actually like how it hits. I think I'll keep it.

I've been in several pawn shops and rarely see anything better than a few Meucci's and McDermot's, a Joss and a Huebler once and a while

Yeah, you don't run into a deal like this every day. They didn't know what they had. It was in a discount bucket of Asian cues, not with the priced higher-than-new McDermotts and Meuccis. I saw the 3/8 pin, Micarta joint sleeve, and ebony-into-purpleheart points and snagged it immediately. Clean livin' I guess:smile:
