just wanted to say, i had a great time being on the IPT. my standings are in the toilet, therefore i will lose my tour card, however i still plan to give it a shot in chicago. i feel i'm open to all people, and sit and talk with all people at the IPT tournaments, heck i even sat down with the japanese, and tried to talk to hiroshi takanaka, but i can't speak japanese. anyway, sorry if i offended anyone i didn't mean to,reyes is the greatest pool ledgend ever in my opinion, just wish someone with a different angle won a tournament so everyone in the world would tune in,you know? and as far as the british, great people, and in my opinion the people to beat in future IPT events, their shot making in my opinion is the greatest ever!
i was a little hot under the collar, due to the fact i didn't get paid, but i believe the IPT will come through, and all will be well.
i promote peace love and understanding, and anyone who met me at these past events could clearly see that.
i hope the IPT makes pool as huge as poker in the near future, and most of all, i pray that pool players get the respect, that they long deserved,i'm tired of people asking "are you a hustler?" that's downright degrading, it would be nice to hear,"are you a professional pool player" after all, you don't hear people ask a golfer who's good "are you a hustler?"

in closing, i'd like to convey, that it was fun to be on the IPT,and look foward to winning at least one race at the masters, and hope we look at the positive, and not the negitve so much.
PEACE LOVE & UNDERSTANDING~~~~Bernie Friend IPT player 2006.

ok. your opinions are ok; however, you said them in an insensitive manner. anyway, i wish u the best in chicago. :D :D :D

that's exactly the problem with your assumption..that if other than reyes would have won the WORLD OPEN, that the world out there will tune-in or all of asudden tune-in..

as i have said berore...no major/primetime telecast-no exposure for pool in the mainstream america...and why--no major product sponsorships such as budweiser, ford, etc.

Somebody made a comment that the reason why major companies are not doing so because pool lacks interesting people and characters...couldn't be nay further from the truth. ..which other sports anyway has more inresting characters??? it's just a matter of publicity..that's all.
