Pechauer Break Cue Question

What's the story on these? Good, Bad? I hear they are really front heavy. Does that help? How is the tip as far as control.
 
I have one of these and I am happy with it. I bought the 5th one ever sold at the hopkins last year. It is front weighted. It does help. You don't have put a ton of energy into your break shot to get a good spread. The tip is a white diamond phenolic. It took me a while to "break the time in". If i wondered away from center ball, it would miscue a bit. After playing with it for a bit, I can easily go a tip away from center in any direction without a miscue. I like playing with it.
 
True it is front weighted, but you don't really notice a BIG difference from a normal cue. I've been playing with it since December and I've noticed my breaks have improved. It took me a little bit to get used to the hard tip since I used to use my playing cue to break (which has a emerald medium tip). Overall, I like my purchase.
