Pedro: 40 pts in 8 innings!!!

Either way, it costs money. If there is a way for the USBA to bring in revenue to cover the costs, then it makes sense. If we can gets 500 viewers to pay $5 each then that's $2500. With 100 viewers, we need about $25 each. If people don't want to pay and just want something for nothing, then it doesn't make sense financially.

There is no question that doing a stream does take planning.. We had an excellent streamer that did a tournament out in California. Two-angle cameras were set up. Pedro did a small tutorial and the streamer did a trailer for the tournament. Bi-lingual commentating made for an excellent airing. That may have been a relationship that could have been developed for the West Coast.

Streams can cost $2000. But if you find people who live in the area you can get a streamer for a fraction of that.

Perhaps it is Jim's experience that "people don't want to pay and just want something for nothing". Yes there are people like that. We all know some. But that happens everywhere regardless. But there are plenty of people that do and will step up.

But this is Deja Vu all over again.

Correct. Let's have this same conversation right after next years Nationals. Lets call it the "Groundhogs Day after the Nationals Conversation".
