Pencil shaft cue?

Around 5 - 7 years ago there was a cue that was practically the same diameter from tip to butt-cap. I looked the Net but came up empty. Anyone know?
Around that same time there was a jump cue that looked the same but if I remember it was a different cue maker. Again, anyone know?
I'm looking for all the info possible, pro's & con's.
 
Overnight I remembered a 'slim stick' or growing constant taper, that was all black with a white tip. Possible Florian used it but haven't found a video.
