Has anyone ever had something happen during a match that seemed to defy the laws of physics?
I was playing a match in a weekly tournament and it was hill/hill. My opponent raked the coins back together to the end rail as many do on hill/hill. I ran down to an easy 7 in the corner but got somewhat straight on the seven. I decided to shoot a soft rail first. When the cue ball hit the rail it caught the edge of one of the coins and hopped just a little, right on top of the object ball causing it to jump. Both balls end up on the floor. I never dreamed this could have happened on a soft hit! It appeared that the balls sprouted wings or simply rolled over the rails.Carazy!
