Aloha Jim.

For what it worth, tonight is a full moon. It may explain why some are entitled to terms of endearment today. Hopefully things will go better tomorrow. We are also one day closer to Aloha Friday if that helps.

Aloha

We had a large meeting the other day with the owner of my company...it was about the company values and mission. One of his lessons was "don't do business with assholes".

We are not a very "corporate" corporation and that's the way I like it.

We here at Steamer Cue Sports Ltd., are extremely conscious of our people skills and go to extraordinary lengths to project a caring, and meaningful relationship with our valued customers. We have invested countless hours, as well as a considerable amount of our company's resources into employee training, and education.
Sometimes, however, you've just got to say. "Screw the bastards!"

I have NEVER been in the thought , that " the customer is always right " Thats Bull Crap.

Here's something that will cheer you up:

A roadie was traveling through town and stopped into the local pub for some action. At the end of the bar he noticed a horse with two big jars of money, one on each side, and a sign in the middle. The sign read...$5.00 per try, and if you can make this horse laugh all the money is yours! The bartender watched the hustler go up to the horse and whisper something in its ear. The horse just started laughing, and laughing uncontrollably. The man grabbed the jars of money and out he went.

A few months later he decided to hit the same place, and sure enough at the end of the bar stood the horse with two big jars of money and a sign that said. $5.00, and If you can make this horse cry all the money is yours. The bartender once again watched the man go up to the horse and kind of turned his back to the bar where they couldn't see what he was doing. All of a sudden the horse started sobbing and sobbing. The man grabbed the money and headed for the door.

The bartender yelled for the man to stop, and said. You came in here a few months ago and said something to the horse and made him laugh. Now you come in here and make him cry. I want to know what you said. The man quietly replied...the first time I came in here I told him I was HUNG better than he was.. This time I showed him!
