Joey,

What type of hard backer you're using? I might want to try it since I got a few spare shafts for experimenting.

PM me your address and it'll be on the way. You can make few pieces.
Only for you since I owe you.

Gerda, spent a lot of time with the Z...she went back to the 314.;)
The Z is so skinny its very unforgiving on a slightly mis-hit ball.

This is no lie. I just used my junky break cue as my playing cue the other day and ran two racks and played well all night. I NEVER run two racks. I'm a 5 in APA. I think I need to downgrade my shaft

Lowered expectations and because of that you were more relaxed.

I often play good when I am playing with a house cue and the other guy is using a nice custom. You feel like it is a win/win kind of thing. If you lose, it was the stick. :D

Hah... I'd rather not have the stick to blame :) I'm at the point where a thicker diameter is better for me (edit: I just looked up the specs of the z-shaft: it's 11.75. SKINNY!). It's back to the original viking shaft for me. When I feel confident I'll upgrade

I've got a Z shaft for my Blackcreek and i didn't like it. It span the ball to much and changed the balance of the cue far to much. My dad likes it, but he needs all the help he can get!
