I've been in there 3 time's and customer service is number one to these folks! Always very friendly and professional.

I had to sign up for the forum just to reply to this one. Pete is a great cue maker. I've bought one of his custom cues, and have had several repaired, or re conditioned. He is working on a McDermott B5 for me presently. My mora cue was a great value for my money, and the experience of watching it made thru all stages of completion added to the personal value to me.

Never owned or played with any of his cues but he did a real nice job on a ferrule and tip for me. Fast turnaround too. Dropped it off in the morning and he was done by the afternoon. He was very accommodating since I was only in town for the day.
