This is a beautiful PFD cue. The forearm is enboy with 4 ivory points, and butt too.
Come with single 13mm shaft.

Judging from where his links take you, I'd say he's in Taiwan. No word on the middle man issue or price yet, huh? Maybe he changed his mind.
