Phillippi Listed On Ebay - Unique Cue - 300 Inlays

There is something about this design I find really neat. Maybe it's the depth of the cocobolo contrasting against the inlays and all the colors. The one suggestion I would have is to show one photo of the entire butt section. It would make it easier to visualize what it would look like.

What kind of money are you trying to get for the cue?

Chris

The design really is pretty cool. Also, it shows much better in person due to all of the detailed inlays.

This cue was really hard to photograph. I had to take about thirty pictures at various angles and pick the best just to get what is shown on Ebay. I figured if anybody wanted any specific pics I would just take them and email them directly.

The reserve is set at $2499.

That's a great price. I've sold 4 or 5 high end cues on e-Bay. It's a good place to sell high end cues as long as your're offering bargain prices like that.

I was selling cues that were originally in the $3,000 - $5,000 range for a cue maker. They were art type cues. A couple had placed in shows. He had them sitting around for several years in his shop and just told me to sell them. Typically I could get 60% - 70% of list. 50% was pretty much the bottom of the barrel. But it was nice for the cue-maker to be able to liquidate the cues.

I never was into the high end customs personally. I like the old collectibles and historic cues.
