I found this on a small road trip when I stopped at a pawn shop. Lucky for me they had it marked as “Philippines” cue. A buddy had a real simple Phillippi sneaky years ago that played great, but I can’t say I hear much about them anymore. What’s the general consensus on these?

I just sold my Phillippi sneaky. I can honestly say that I preferred it over any of the Scruggs sneakies that I’ve had.

I would say it's a player, great cue for a pawn shop score. A friend had a real nice one back in the 90's that I played with for a couple of weeks, it played really good.
They were pretty popular back then it seemed. Anyway nice score.
