Does anyone have a phone number or an email address for Focused Apparel? I ordered some shirts at Turningstone and did not receive them. I attempted to contact them to inquire about it. When I went to my receipt, it had no contact information. When I went to their website, it had no contact information and it allowed you to email them (without revealing their email address), but no one responded so I don't even know if they received it. I'm only telling the story so I can avoid responses of "check their website". Thanks in advance.

NO response From Brian Russell

Since I finally got contact Information for Brian Russell, I have had one email with limited information, one attempted phone call, one voice mail and several unreturned calls, unreturned emails and lack of information. Currently I am out $87.10 with no tangible information regarding the shirts I ordered. I also found out that another person I know did not receive their order either. Where are the shirts and where is the professionalism. I attempted to work this out with him, but it is difficult when there is no response at all. If anyone can help me get the refund I requested or at minimum the shirts that I ordered, then let me know. The shirts will immediately go up for sale at a discount (unworn) because I will not support the brand.
 
Fwiw, I bought some tuff from Brian at SBE 14. I Almost didn't because he snapped at me and was quite rude when I asked a few simple questions about oone of his products. I just figured he was having a bad day. GL
