Thanks for the answers again guys @Shooter08 can you share some more light on this shipping method? What are the delivery prices on it ,so I can atleast know what I'm asking for ,from the sellers.

@cpcntr My current cue butt has a tiny crack on the back of it ,where the rubber cap is.Also ,the HXT shaft itself is $120 ,wich is the same price as the cheapest cue from the range

Try this link for example. All I know is if I check a box that allows eBay to ship worldwide I ship to eBay I think in Kentucky, then eBay takes care of the rest. As he wanna 130$ shipped cue have to be priced lower than 90 bucks.
