Thats no problem, its just one of those things I have to live with when you live in Canada. Things you want and need are just going to cost a bit more and I don't get stressed over it.

The design looks nice. Another cuemaker made one similar, but he took the template and put a thinned slotted piece with two screws to slide it up. Your design looks like it might work even better. It will be well worth the money in saved time if they do many wraps.
