Hmmm. Better go back to the drawing board. I did see some elves, midgets, or dwarves. Not sure which as they were too small to discern.
 
When you edit them, try to get them in the 80-90k range each.. That'll help.. Yer shrinking them too much in whatever photo editor you are using..

I'm back to the drawing board,i'll figure this out if its the last thing I do.lol
 
Jimmy, resizing your pics for the web is easiest using the "pixels" as your guide. If you keep the the width or vertical length, which ever is greater, between 500-600 pixels (it will automatically set the other dimensions) you can not go wrong. That is also a good size for emailing your images..then click "save for web" and you will be all set.
You can also upload them to photobucket or flikr for free and then post them on other sites.
Here is a screen shot of what I mean...I am using photoshop but you should have the same option in whatever editing program your using...

judging by the file names, I think you attached the thumbnails and not the actual pictures.
