I am 95% sure that i'm going to buy the Jim Pierce from Trav D tomorrow, but the other 5% is looking hard at rw843's Jim Baxter. Problem is, i dont really know anything about either cue maker. I am highly interested in the bowling alley shafts and the Bacote is unreal on the Jim Pierce. I really like the cue. However, the Baxter comes with 2 shafts and nice joint protectors-which could help with resale value. Remember i sell every cue i buy, so resale is important. I just might keep this one, seeing how it will be my first by a custom builder.

Want to try a baxter. His bear blanks are sweet, but I can't say enough about the pierce I have. Solid all around. Ah, so many cues.....so little money.....

Thanks Jim

I saw the one that you just finished and put up for sale. It is beautiful! Would love to own em all.

Buy'em both, sell one later. Test both cues, and keep the one that seems to fit you best...Just sayin'. :D
