I ran across this in an old magazine the other day and thought i would share it.

Now if you have ever played this before, then you either have a nice collection of antiques, or you are really old as this was popular around the turn of the last century.

The dress code seems to be slightly more relaxed than billiards used to be.

I have been antique hunting for about 40 years and have never seen nor heard of such a thing..really nice thanks for posting.:)
 
That is very cool. Might make you sleepy looking at a headboard like that though.;-)
 
My family owned a bar in NJ for close to 90 years and we had one of these tables. It was never setup when I was alive but was instead just taken apart and stood up along a wall. Never thought I would see another one of these after we sold the bar though.
 
Very cool pic, i am old enough to remember one in our small town barber shop,they also had another funny looking table with no pockets, and only a few balls. What great memories thanks Curly for the trip back in time. Reps to you my friend
