Thanks for the info, I'm trying to get some dates that my wife can come too.
I can also recommend Starcade Billiards. Many GC's and bar boxes, as cycopath mentioned. It has an old school appeal and cool seating - a quintessential pool room.
Starcade is a great room. A bit further away in Dothan, Alabama is Herman and Ann's room.

There is also Rupert's Sports bar that's adjacent to the bowling alley Hurricane Lanes. Only been there once about 10 years ago when they opened, but that's the only decent option that's actually in Destin.
Starcade is in Ft. Walton Beach like the others said, but it's across the island so it's a short drive away.
Honestly, it's surprising that Destin doesn't have a decent place to play. Tourist with too much money to spend and locals that have little to do besides the beach= perfect for a nice pool room.
