Plain model cues,$1000-$1500 retail price,who is best custom cuemaker?

Josh Treadway has delayed the build of my shaft by 9 months and has completely ghosted me. I play with a 6 pointer High Low points Treadway and now I’m thinking of selling. I’m so upset. I chose his shaft over Richard Hsu’s Hsunami. Didn’t expect it.

I would add Durbin Custom Cues. He makes cues without CNC, so puts in a lot of effort. His cues have similar to Southwest hit. I’ve played with both. He makes cues as a hobby than a trade, but he does it very well. I am looking to get a Merry Widow from him.
