A Supreme Court justice recently stated that noncitizens do not have the same rights, privileges, and protections as citizens. That is laying it on the table from one of the nine highest authorities on the subject in the nation. Nowhere did he mention that how you feel matters.
My birth certificate and a handful of my family member's naturalization papers make us more members of the United States than you are. That isn't feeling, it is fact. You can change that when you go to the effort of becoming a citizen.
