Playing fast is so popular to viewers. Is it still possible to play consistent, fast high level pool?

I watched some of Morra's recent snooker match. He stays down on the ball for so long. What do you think of his pace?

I‘d like to see him speed up….but not rush.

Saw this cat at Derby. Damn, blink and you miss it. Never seen anyone play that good that fast. Crazy.

He was on espn some in the 80s, 90s, they had a hard time commentating he was so fast.

Yeah I just don't get what he's doing when he's down on the ball for so long. I wonder if he doesn't prescribe to the theory that you aim standing up, because it sure seems like he does an awful lot of aiming while down on the ball. It just always looks like he's grinding away. It's impressive he plays as well as he does playing this way.

From the past,...... Jimmy Reid, Mike Siegel, and a lil slower Johnny Archer. Didn't Kid Delicious play a sporty pace?
