Please help Identify this cue, Brunswick Maybe?

Hello, please help me identify this cue. I suspect that it is a Brunswick conversion cue, but I am unsure.

I also can not figure out which model it is.

All white on this cue is Ivory, the butt and points are Rose wood in a maple forearm.

Any help would appreciated!!

that cue was up on ebay about 6-8 months ago. I am doing my best to remember the maker...all I can remember is he was from Seattle and the cue sold for 500 bucks or so. I was really interested in it, just the cue was made by a regional maker.

holy crap! That's one of the prettiest forearms i've ever seen! I can't believe it went for only 500 bucks.
