Recently I picked up this cue, but I have had no luck identifying who may have made it. The cue has a 3/8-10 pin and Cortland #9 Irish Linen for it's wrap material. The cue is 57 1/2 inches long and it weight 19.8 oz. The material used in the cue joint and butt are also something I have not seen before. I suspect that the cue was made in the 1970's, but during I have never seen a McDermott cue that usede the style bumper in this cue or the Pearl rings.

Any help would be appreciated:

I am starting to think it may be an old Viking cue. Another member sent me a PM, and told me to check to see if the ferrule would unscrew likw some other old cues did and the ferrule did unscrew. The earliest Viking cue were made this way, so with the bumper, Pin, and the ferrule that unscrews I think this cue is an old Viking. Now I just have to find out when it was made and the Model Number.

Thanks to everyone who posted to this thread, I appreciate the help.
