Please, help me identify this wood type.

Does anyone recognize the type of wood in the attached pics (not a quiz...I really don't know ). It appears to be some type of sapwood. I would say curly maple; however, it is more yellow than any that I've ever seen.

It could be curly Pyinma, and it could be an Asian satinwood.

It does not have to be that brown. I have plenty quite yellow.

It looks like maple to me but it could be yellow heart. It doesn't look that yellow to me actually.
