Sorry the pic isn't better but I don't have time to make it perfect. it has one inlay in the forearm as shown.

wood is maple of some sort.

Well I gotta say, the cue looks pretty decent.. Shouldn't take much for you to get it refinished, wrapped, and looking like new... Hopefully it doesn't walk away from your desk... Better make sure the cameras work over there... Oh wait, I think I know someone who can disable those cameras.....

I saw a McDermott just the other night that looked like that. Instead of their logo being on the butt cap, there was a very small circular logo in the butt sleeve instead.
