Pocket Blocks, LONG case and D-12 wanted

I am looking for a set of Pocket Blocks. I'm not sure what the proper name is for them, but the fit into the pockets on a pool table so you can use it for billiards. Does anyone know where I can find a set? Used would be fine!

I'm also looking for a cue case for 3 cues that will hold a snooker length shaft. I'd prefer the tube type case.

I'm also looking for a D-12 McDermott cue in good to excellent condition.
Can anyone help me??

Mind if I ask...what is a snooker length shaft's length???

You should be able to buy the pocket inserts at any billiard supply store. They may have to measure your pockets though in order to get a good fit. An Instroke (even the cheaper Instrokes) should hold the shafts in question. I can't help you with the Mcdermott, but I'm sure there are dozens of people here that can sell you one or get you one.

The shaft is 31" long, approx 2" longer than a standard shaft.

On some snooker cues, the shaft makes up 2/3 of the cues length. I would think, about 36-37 inches.

She's not asking how long the shaft is. She's TELLING that it's 31 inches. I checked my Instroke and it will accommodate a 31 inch shaft. Barely.

Vonn,

Was there any extra room when you had the 31" shaft in there or did you have to squeeze it in there as it was?

I don't have a 31 inch shaft. I measured 2 inches from the top of a 29 inch predator shaft. I took a picture but it's hard to see. I deleted the picture. It was too big and too blurry. Actual measurement is about 31 3/8 inches.

You may be right. Finding information on them is difficult. I originally said they exist, but I could be wrong.

I found a set on the web. Australia I think. They told me they are 90.00 a set. They called them empire rails.

An Artisian or Tooled instroke will diffenitly hold a snooker shaft....I have both and have to dig my fingers into it for a regular shaft as it is.

The depth is 32 1/4 , and thats not including the extra...say 1/4 inch or so with the padding.

Thanks for all the help! Still looking for Pocket Blocks!

I know they used to make these and sell them in a catalog. I cannot find them anymore and would like to get a set for my 9 ft Brunswick. So if you run across them in a catalog you have, keep me in mind! Thanks!
