Just had few questions. I bought a Olhausen at a steal of a price for 9'. So since it is still unassembled im going to extend the subrails and cut the pocket mouths by about .75" The corner pockets are 142 or 53 cut from bottom of subrail and looks like about 104 or 14 cut on side pockets. Vertical down angle is 12.
Does all Olhausens have the same pocket shelf depth?
Depending on shelf depth i was thinking 140, 102 and 14.
Does this sound about right for good clean drop to force the ball into the back of the pocket for an Olhausen?
Also should i go with a 60 or 70 neoprene?

Trial and error buddy, that's how you learn. I'm charging a customer $1,500 to work on his GC1 rails to do what you're asking for free, so without trying to be rude or anything, what's in it for me to give you the info you're asking for....for free?

No problem Glen, just hoping I was in the right ballpark on the angles. I can measure the depth when i get frame and slate set up. I am sure the $1500 includes mileage, labor and expenses. I dont feel like im asking for that for free. True, knowledge is key and trial and error is the way to gain it. I respect your knowledge and advice you do give to the forum. I would not expect you to give out the exact numbers without compensation. That is why i put does this sound about right in the post. I will go ahead and use my calculations depending on depth. If i don't like it we can talk numbers on numbers. ;-)

Maybe try as many different tables as you can in your area. If you can find one that you like with a similar shelf depth measure the pocket miters and down angles on that table and copy it.
