Poison cues?

I been on tournament few months ago and there was a cue repair man. I asked him what are good cues except those big names and he told me that Poison cues are very very good.

Anybody have expirience with these?

i think they're basically a cheaper brand of predator. i have also heard they are a great value for the money, if you dont mind that 'new frontier' look.

they look hip and trendy. i hit a few balls with one and it felt a little more solid than the old school predators i've played with.

in real blue collar terms if you buy one you'll probably lose money, if you decide to sell it. which from what i gathered when i talked to you you might end up doing.

I have the orange and black jump/break cue by Poison. For what it's worth I feel that it's too light, even though I ordered it in a 19.5. The butt doesn't feel heavy, the shaft feels light. But, I have to admit that it is a helluva break cue. I'm not a big fan of my own break cue but it does a good job regardless. I haven't had the oppurtunity to shoot with any of the play cues that they put out but I have to say that if they feel anything like that break cue does..........I wouldn't want to.
