Anyone interested in playing in a poker tourny at the riv on tuesday may 15th.They have 20 player tournys at 10 a.m.,1 p.m.,8 p.m. daily ,$47.00 buy-in.
Im flying in at 8:30 a.m. that day and i thought it would be fun to shoot the sh*t with some a.z.ers who like poker as much as i do.We could set up a time,maybe get enough people to take over the tourny and have a a.z. "king of the world"tourny.
We all know if you are getting in for the team event you go and register then wait umpteen hours for you baggage to get to your room,so i just thought it would be fun to meet and have a couple of beers and alittle sit and go 2-3 hour tourny before the big day(team event)wednesday.
Share some laughs about a.z. billiards.:D
 
That sounds like a good time. I will be there for my shot at the title:rolleyes: Can hardly wait 'til I get on the plane. Will this be a hold'em tourney?

No limit i do believe,but hey its a tourny just to get know people from a.z.,have a couple of beer,you know put a face to a name ,it would be a blast.:D

I arrive on the 10th.

If I'm still kicking on the 15th, pull the entry fee out of my pocket and bring me a drink every 10 minutes.

If you can't find a pulse, prop me up at the table and bring me a drink every 20 minutes.

Im thinking abit closer to the day we will decide which time to enter.It will only take a couple hours at most.Who knows i might be out in 10 minutes or 1 beer:D

Planning thte time might be rough for some of us, but when the time draws near, I'll try to get in touch with you.

I'm up for an all AZ poker tourney as well.

ya, we will figure something out.i was thinking tuesday because most people who are in the singles are done by then and people who are coming for team event are coming tuesday sometime.The riv is an absolute nightmare to check in on tuesday,with all the teams checking in .thats why we take the earliest flight available on tuesday.:D

Poker Blog / Tournaments

I believe there is a tournament at the Circus @ 11:00pm on Friday...I fly in to vegas Friday night @ 8:30....I will most likely walk accross the street to play in that tournament.... ($40.00 + $10)
 
I made a list of all the good tournies in vegas,time,place,entries,payouts,average amount of players,add-ons,rebuys for anyone who is interested.I will try to publish it before i go.
I'm not that comp illiterate but will try.
These are tournies i got of the internet that are close to the riv,have the highest payout,not a guzillion players as i'm in vegas and couldnt see me sitting in a tourny for 6-8 hours.Most ones i have looked into or asked friends about ussually last 2-3 hours.Just enough time to have 15 beer:eek: kidding lol.:D

I'm going to be there starting late the 11th, I'll be hanging around the riv for the whole week. I-NEED-D-8 (robert) knows how to get a hold of me. I'm in if I'm not playing pool.

Just stop every bald Indian looking guy you see and ask if it's me.
