And although i can't stand the dude I'm gonna vote No on this one. Let him stick around, just limit his number of threads. This way if someone calls me an idiot i can just say, go to www.azbilliards.com and read what that guy Silencer has to say. Makes me feel kinda like im a gifted genius when i read his posts.
EDITED: Oops the first time i came in the poll wasnt there. And i accidentally clicked on YES when it was there, oh well LOL.
BTW: Work is dead today, Im basicly sitting here hitting refresh waiting for something new to be posted. I think I've posted more today than the entire last month. Anyone got anything better to do when your sitting in front of a computer with absolutely nothing but the internet on it?

lol....I was playing poker!
I used to play Poker on the internet with play money all the time. Then when i went to the local weekly games i started losing, whereas before i would always walk away up or even. So i cut out the "Play Money Poker" and everything went back to normal. Playing for play money teaches me terrible bad habits that i dont want when im playing $100 buy in.

I dont think he should be banned. I dont think it is that hard to just hit page 2 and see the other threads as well. If you are tired of his ramblings then just dont view his threads. If people stay away from his nonsense stuff maybe he will just post his meaningful insights. I get peeved too but banning is a tough option that must be used only when many not few have spoken on the issue.

I don't think he should be banned, but he should slow down. Awhile back he mentioned he lost his job. Maybe he just needs to spend a little more time in reality and get on with the job search. Although I don't agree with a lot of his posts,{that actually pertain to pool}, We're all entitled to our opinion. I think the option of boycotting his posts are the best solution. Silencer, if this board gets too dull or boring you can sign up on other boards too. There are a million places you can go share your vast amount of knowledge. Sam

for the people, who have stuck by me, in saying "look, i don't agree with his posts, but it's free speech, and if you don't like it , don't read it, i applaud you. you see, unlike fast larry, who was a hyped up loon, very abrasive, and dangerous, i on the other hand am harmless, at times funny, one might say. and so, i believe in an america without barriers. one where people can share thoughts, without boundrys, or walls. if you believe my threads are spam, ignore them, click on blud's talki'n about the hardness of the ferrul. but if you want to be open minded, amused enlightned, and left saying, "who is this silencer" then keep me here, thank you.

I say let the guy stay, This is supposed to be a fun website where we can talk about the game that we all play, if you dont like what he has to say just dont read it, Its that simple
I do NOT think that Bernie should be banned. I think that he went overboard on a previous post that has been since removed. For the most part, he has good things to contribute, and remember now we all have the freedom of speech. He is controversial and that can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. I would hope that he would not "push the envelope" again.
In addition, I feel that we should not have to make Mike the baby sitter of this group. He has enough to deal with let alone having to put posters in time out periodicity.
When I see post's that don't interest me, then I just don't read them. I took the whole Zeppelin thing was more of a comment than anything else.
