Personally, I would not like playing the way some of these clubs do: you do not play with real money and if you lose you just go get some more chips. I would suggest forming some kind of league with prizes given out to the best players, say 4 times a year. You can take it from here.

It's a natural fit I think. Pool halls in my area have started having poker tournaments one or two nights a week to supplement the pool players and pump up the alcohol sales. Same concept as the dart lanes. Not a lot of crossover on any given night though. The poker players just play poker and the pool players just play pool. Some of the poker players do play pool on another night though. Also similar with the darts.
