Pool Ball Collecting.

The line is curved, and the box is from Amarith

There mid-80's Aramith made balls. Looks like they they spent some time in a garage or a storage unit exposed to heat and humidity.

Hit them hard with Aramith restorer and Speed shine and a ton of elbow grease and they will clean up nicely. But where you have yellowing in the deeper chips it's going to be really hard to get rid of those marks so don't expect too.

Play with.them hard, and retire them in a year or so when your ready to get a new set or find a better used one.

Mid 80's would have the blue and white box. I bought a set in '94/'95 that came in the blue/white Brunswick box that were Aramith made.. I'd peg these as late 90's.

I'm not sure the balls and the box go together, would not be surprised if someone bought a new set and put there old ones in the box.

I see this all the time.

The single biggest truth to Pool Ball Collecting is...

What's in the box, is not what came in the box...

So far I thought it is: be happy if it comes in a box 🙃😄

I knew one would surface eventually.

It’s nice to even have a photograph.

Before today I had only ever seen a crappy diagram. I was beginning to think none had survived.

I have a memory of seeing some low resolution pictures of this light up board on a stage. Players in bow ties and waistcoat playing on a table with blue cloth. Couple of babes in skimpy dresses pressing the buttons on either side of the scoreboard. Maybe from some promotional event for this game. Thinking about it now, one of the players could have either been Jim Rempe or Cliff Thorburn. Of course this could all be a figment of my imagination.
