ebay. First search completed auctions to see what they are selling for. Tthen go to the stores section and email a seller with a realistic offer. It will be about $20 to ship if you are in US.
 
Billiardwarehouse sells them for und $200. Be careful on a lower price. From what I understand there are 2 grades being sold. One is a commerical grade and the ohter is a "home" grade. The commercial has a harder finish and deeper color. Greg sells the commercial grade.
 
Interesting, new info. I wonder how you can ensure that you get which one you want. I know the PH where I play can get them for $130 if they buy 10 sets so I wouldn't thing one set could be had for too much less than your $200 mark including your $20 shipping.
