I was a screen printer for years. clip art in the billiards area was little to none. have you tried eBay, keyword screen printing ?

contacting some of the sellers of clip art on cd-roms and you may find what you're looking for.

Clipart

I assume you meant the .jpg format, there is no .jpe format?

And secondly, clipart, by its very nature of definition, usually comes
in .gif format. JPG is used for 'pictures', while .gif accomodates 'drawings'.

I assume, most posters are like me, and if you haven't been collecting clipart recently, you will have forgotten where you got them to begin with:
