Pool cue lathe

Looking to get into basic cue making. Anyone have a starter cue lathe to start out that will not kill my bank account.Just dont want to spend a couple of thousand on something i dont know if ill keep doing. I just want to play and make myself a cue. Let me know what you have. 4106279175

You'll be hard pressed to find a building lathe for less than $2000. And then add up all of the materials that you'll need to get started, you'll be well over $2000.

I would keep an eye out for a used Hightower Deluxe but like it will still be over $2000, closer to $3000.
